If you are getting this error message from your Logmanager, it is not a critical incident.

The system has most likely repaired itself after this incident, you can verify this by trying for example to open a closed index in Overview > Database status. You should be able to open the index (it takes a while, you can then click the refresh button to verify the status) and you should be able to close the index again.

We know this problem happens, we have been running diagnostics for a few weeks and have not yet been able to replicate the problem or determine the cause. However, this release (3.8.3) includes a self-correcting mechanism + sends information about the circumstances under which the error happened. We are trying to gather information on under what circumstances this happens and how often.

Dostáváte-li z vašeho Logmanager tuto chybovou hlášku, nejedná se o kritický incident.

Systém se po tomto incidentu s největší pravděpodobností opravil sám, ověřit to můžete tím, že zkusíte například otevřít nějaký zavřený index v Overview > Database status. Index by mělo jít otevřít (chvíli to trvá, můžete pak klikat na refresh tlačítko pro ověření stavu) i by mělo jít index opětovně zavřít.

O tomto problému víme, že se stane, diagnostiku jsme již prováděli několik týdnů a zatím se nám nepovedlo problém replikovat ani zjistit jeho příčinu. Tento release (3.8.3) nicméně obsahuje samo-opravný mechanismus + posílá informace o tom za jakých okolností se chyba stala. Snažíme posbírat informace za jakých okolností se to děje a jak často.
